采用水电极介质阻挡放电装置,在低气压氩气(氩气体积分数为99.9%)和空气混合气体中实现了辉光放电.辉光放电比较均匀、稳定,其典型特征是在每半个周期内有1个电流脉冲.采用光谱方法,研究了辉光区域内,电子激发温度和氮分子(C^3Пu)的振动温度的变化情况.发现在产生辉光区域内,电子激发温度和氮分子(C^3Пu)的振动温度几乎不变.
The glow discharge is obtained at low pressure in argon(99.9 % ) /air by using a dielectric barrier discharge with water electrodes. It is found that the glow discharge is uniform and stable. Its typical characteristic is the discharge current presents one peak per half-cycle. Electron excited temperature and vibration temperature are studied in regions of glow discharge by using emission spectra. It is found that the electron excited temperature and vibration temperature almost retain constant.
