Taking modern buildings of Shenzhen as the research objects, the paper explores related historical literature and documents, analyzes the influence of factors, including different construction backgrounds, aims, construction environment, construction materials, structures, and forms, on the architectural models, sums up various development models for modern buildings in Shenzhen, so as to lay the foundation for related research.
