针对有限投资能力下的中压配电网项目优化决策困难问题,提出了基于可靠性提升效益的实用化项目优选方法。首先,构建了配电网项目的优选框架用于描述优化决策的惨体思路;其次,提出了基于影响指标体系的叮椎忭计算方法,以测算各指标对可靠性提升的边际效益;继而,依据指标边际效益确定指标权重分布,克服指标权再确定主观性强的问题,并结合中压配电网项目与指标的对应关系分析,计算彳年项目对可靠性的提升效益;最后,综合考虑项目对可靠性的提升效益和项目投资额计算项目综合决策值,并结合总体投资限额确定出优选项目。实例分析结果验证r{亥方法的有效性和实用性。
Faced with the gap appeared between ability and demand of investment, the sequence of projects under lim- ited investment has become the focus of power grid companies' attention. To optimize the sequence the projects in medium voltage distribution network under limited investment, the pa- per proposes a method of distribution network project optimal selection based on the revenues of reliability. Firstly, the dis- tribution network project optimization processing is proposed. Secondly, a system of evaluating indexes is built. The marginal revenues of indexes are calculated based on reliability analysis. The weight of indexes are determined with marginal revenues, which can avoid subjectivity in the process. Correspondence between projects and evaluating indexes is obtained, and relia- bility revenues of projects are calculated. Finally, the project optimal selection is made by combining the size of the invest- ment and reliability revenues of the project. The case study demonstrates the effectiveness and practicability of the proposed method.
