针对现有供电能力计算方法只适用于高压配电线路及其以下各级电网组成的配电系统的问题,提出一种计及220 kV变电站的配电系统综合供电能力评估方法。首先,根据系统供电情况和联络关系,对计及220 kV变电站的配电系统进行分类;其次,针对公专分供配电系统,剖析了220 kV主变与下级网络的供电关系,建立数学关系描述;继而,考虑220 kV主变对供电能力的影响,计及220 kV主变"N-1"校验的约束条件,建立配电系统综合供电能力评估模型;最后,应用遗传算法结合单纯形法对评估模型进行求解。通过某城市配电网实例分析验证了该方法的正确性和有效性。
Considering that the existing calculation methods for power supply capability are only applicable to the distribution system including high-voltage distribution lines and their sub-networks,a comprehensive evaluation method for the power supply capability of a distribution system including 220 kV substations is proposed.First,the distribution systems including 220 kV substations are classified according to their power supply situations and interconnections.Second,after the analysis of power supply relationship between 220 kV main transformers and their sub-networks,a mathematical description is formulated for the distribution system with public and private feedings independently.Moreover,with the consideration of the influence of 220 kV main transformers on the power supply capability,a comprehensive evaluation model of power supply capability is established,with the"N-1"criterion of 220 kV main transformers as constraints.Finally,a genetic algorithm combined with simplex method is used to solve the evaluation model.An example analysis of a certain urban distribution network verifies the correctness and validity of the proposed method.
