The software concurrency development technology has greatly improved the efficiency of the software development. Software concurrency development process architecture （SCDPA） is high -level abstraction of software concurrency development process. The basic elements of SCDPA and SCDPA meta model are defined. The graphical representations of component and connector are brought out and then mapped to Petri net representation. An application example is brought in to illustrate its feasibility.
