利用反复硅胶和凝胶LH-20柱层析进行分离和纯化,从油桐种子(Vernicia fordii)95%乙醇提取物的氯仿和乙酸乙酯萃取部位分离得到12个化合物。经理化性质和波谱学方法鉴定为12-去氧-13-棕榈酸佛波酯(1)、白桦脂酸(2)、大戟醇(3)、α-香树脂醇乙酸酯(4)、羽扇豆醇乙酸酯(5)、3-乙酰伪蒲公英甾醇(6)、芹菜素(7)、槲皮素(8)、木犀草素(9)、桂皮酸(10)、胡萝卜苷(11)、β-谷甾醇(12)。化合物1,3~10为首次从油桐籽中分离得到。
Twelve compounds were obtained from CHC13 and EtOAc fractions of 95% ethanol extract of the seeds of Verniciafordii by repeated column chromatrography over silica gel column and sephadex LH-20. Through physical-chemical and spectral analysis, these compounds were identified as 12-deoxyphorbol-13-hexadecanoate ( 1 ), betulinic acid (2), euphol (3),α-amyrin acetate (4),lupeol acetate (5),ψ-taraxasteml acetate (6),apigenin (7),quercetin (8),luteolin (9), einnamic acid ( 10 ), daucosterol ( U ) ,β-sitosterol (12).
