建立了ICP-OES内标法同时测定纺织品中砷、锑、铅、镉、铬、钴、铜、镍、汞等9种有害元素的检测方法。采用钇(Y)作为内标添加物,有效补偿了酸性汗液中钠元素造成的背景干扰。结果表明:砷、锑、铅、镉、铬、钴、铜、镍、汞等9种元素的谱线强度与其浓度在(0.03~0.30)~10 mg/L范围内均具有良好的线性关系,检出限分别为14.2、91.5、45.6、13.2、13.5、10.2、45.7、11.4、57.2μg/L,在2.0 mg/kg加标水平下各元素的回收率分别为91.5%、107%、86.5%、94.0%、93.8%、90.0%、93.5%、91.5%、97.0%,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=10)分别是1.2%、0.7%、2.0%、0.1%、0.2%、1.6%、0.8%、2.4%、3.0%。同ICP/MS检测的结果比较相近,相同仪器条件下本方法的精密度和准确度明显优于ICP-OES外标法。
A new method was developed for simultaneous determination of arsenic,stibium,lead,cadmium,chromium,cobalt,copper,nickel and mercury in textiles by inductively coupled plasma-optical emission spectrometry with internal standard.In this study,the background interference of sodium in acid sweat was enormously decreased by using yttrium as internal standardization.The results showed that the intensity and concentration of all elements above-mentioned had good linear relationships in the range of(0.03-0.30) mg/L~10 mg/L.The detection limits were 14.2,91.5,45.6,13.2,13.5,10.2,45.7,11.4,57.2 μg/L,respectively.The recoveries at a spiking level of 2 mg/kg were 91.5 %、107 %、86.5 %、94.0 %、93.8 %、90.0 %、93.5 %、91.5 %、97.0 %,with the RSDs(n=10) of 1.2 %、0.7 %、2.0 %、0.1 %、0.2 %、1.6%、0.8 %、2.4 %、3.0%,respectively.Under the same instrument condition,the proposed method is obviously better than external standard method in precision and accuracy.
