组织性格是组织内不同个体共有的、可以被外界识别的个性特征,是组织间的关键差异之一,也是分析和预测组织行为的重要理论视角。鉴于此,基于文献研究,首先对比分析了组织性格的概念内涵,总结了组织性格的结构类型;然后,评介了组织性格的测量工具,以及系统归纳了组织性格的形成机制、影响因素和影响效果;最后,对现有研究进行述评,并在此基础上展望了该领域未来重点研究方向。研究结果表明,未来应该重视组织性格的本土化研究、构建组织性格权变发展模型、探索组织性格与组织绩效及个体绩效的跨层次作用,以及深入分析组织性格创新维度与中国创新型企业的内在关联。
Organizational character refers to personality character of different individuals in the organization that has been recognized by the outside world,and it is one of the key differences among organizations,and also an important theoretical perspective to analyze and predict organizational behaviors.In this article,based on the introduction of the connotation of organizational character and the differences of similar concepts,it reviews and summarizes the relevant researches about the structural dimension,measuring tool,formation mechanism,influential factor and influences of organizational character,and then proposes important directions that shall be noticed in the existing researches.In the future researches,the theoretical study on the mechanism of the formation of organizational character shall be stressed further.
