近年来,DNA折纸术作为一种新颖的纳米技术被广泛用来构造各种纳米级或微米级的DNA图案和形状。DNA折纸术构造的表面镂空的结构可以为溶液中的其他分子提供更多的空间,在纳米、药学等领域具有非常广阔的潜在应用。本文设计了一种新型的算法——开环优选算法,借助一系列比较复杂的多臂单元,对于用折纸术构造多边形网络和镂空三维结构的方法进行了理论上的探索。
DNA origami,as a novel tool in DNA nanotechnology,has been popularly employed to create DNA patterns of nano-or micro-sizes.In this work,a new algorithm——the open-loop optimization algorithm is designed,which uses a series of complex multi-arm units to construct polygonal networks and three-dimensional hollow structures.These hollow structures constructed by scaffolded DNA origami provide sufficient space to accommodate guest molecules in solution.It is expected that these novel DNA nanostructures will have broad applications in nanoscience and nanomedicine.
