以耐盐小麦(DK961)和盐敏感小麦(LM15)为材料,探讨NaCl胁迫下耐盐性不同小麦胚芽鞘Na+、K+含量的变化.试验结果表明,100mmol/L处理对2个品种小麦生长都有抑制.对盐敏感小麦LM15的抑制作用大于耐盐小麦DK961.NaCl胁迫下,两品种小麦根、叶片和胚芽鞘中Na+含量均显著增加,高低依次为根〉胚芽鞘〉叶片;两品种小麦K+含量显著下降,高低依次为叶〉胚芽鞘〉根;胚芽鞘作为根和叶片的桥梁,能够有效地储存Na+,限制其向叶片运输,是小麦幼苗的耐盐策略之一.
Salt-tolerant wheat cultivar (DK961) and salt-sensitive (LM15) exposed to 100 mmol/L NaCl for 6 days were used to study the changes in Na+ , K+ contents in different organs of the wheat seedlings. The results showed that the growth of both two cultivars is inhibited, and DK961 is more inhibited than LM15. Under NaCl stress, Na+ contents in roots, leaves and sheaths of the two cultivars markedly increased,the order of the increase: leaves 〈 coleoptile 〈roots, he K+ contents significantly decreased, the order of the decrease: leaves 〉coleoptile 〉roots. As the bridge between the root and the leaf, the coleoptile could store Na+ and limit its transport-to the leaves,which was one of the strategies of the wheat salttolerance.
