高脂饮食会导致肥胖、高脂血症、胰岛素抵抗等代谢性疾病,其中高脂血症是诱发心血管疾病的重要危险因素,炎症因子(IL-6、IL-1β等)在疾病发展过程中起着重要的推动作用;近年来研究发现云芝多糖具有调节血脂,对抗动脉粥样硬化的作用,本实验采用高脂诱导雄性C57BL/6j高脂血症模型,同时给予云芝多糖干预,发现云芝多糖可以减少血浆中IFN-γ、IL-6、IL-1β的表达水平,同时上调血浆中IL-10和IL-13的表达水平,通过调节炎症因子的表达防止高脂饮食诱导的高甘油三酯血症的发生,达到预防高脂血症的作用.
Hyperlipidemia, obesity and insulin resistance are the important risk factors for cardiovascular disease, inflammatory cytokines(IL-6 IL-1β etc.) play a vital role in pathogenesis of these metabolic disorders. In recent years, coriolus versicolor polysaccharide have been identified to have anti-atherosclerosis effect by regulating blood lipid. This study investigated the hypolipid effect of coriolus versicolor polysaccharide and its potential mechanism in hyperlipidemia mice(C57BL/6j, male) induced by high fat diet. The results showed that coriolus versicolor polysaccharide decreased plasma TG, FFA, down-regulated pro-inflammatory factors IFN-γ, IL-6, IL-1β, and up-regulated anti-inflammatory factors IL-10, IL-1β expression level, suggesting that regulation of inflammatory cytokines expression of coriolus versicolor polysaccharide contributes for the amelioration of hyperlipidemia.
