英文摘要：

Taking the panel data of China＇s listed companies in manufacturing industry from 2010 to 2015 as a sample, the relationship between mixed ownership and corporate performance is empirically studied by using multiple regression analysis. The results sho wthat the equity dispersion and corporate performance have no sig-nificant correlation ; there is a positive correlation between equity ownership mixed degree and corporate perform-ance ;compared with non- state-owned enterprises, equity ownership mixed degree of state-owned enterprises pro-motes corporate performance upgrading more obviously. In order to further develop state-owned enterprises, we should continue to deepen the reform of state-owned enterprises, encourage the development of mixed ownership, and optimize the structure of property rights.
