综合应用显微分析术对鄂尔多斯盆地白垩系的钻孔岩样进行研究,发现许多岩样中方沸石质量分数在15%-25%。对方沸石矿进行提纯和改性,并对其吸附性能进行研究。利用改性后的方沸石矿处理100mL起始质量浓度为4.93mg/L的含氟水,当方沸石改性矿用量为3.0g,搅拌时间为150min,粒度小于100目时,取得了明显的除氟效果。方沸石改性矿对氟离子的吸附符合Langmuir等温式,表达式为:qe=0.066ce/1+0.667ce;饱和吸附容量为0.126mg/g。方沸石改性矿对氟离子的吸附速度符合斑厄姆公式,表达式为:dq/dt=2.023×10^-2(qe-q)t^0.051。
The drilling samples from Cretaceous System in Ordos Basin were studied by micro-analysis methods.Analcite ores are found widespreadly in sedimentary rocks and the content is about15% -25%.The adsorption performance of analcite ores was studied after purification and modification.Treatment 100 mL solution containing 4.93mol/L fluorine,the dosage of analcite modified ores is 3.0grams.Stirring time is 150 minutes.The particle size is less than 100 mesh.The absorption isotherm of analcite modified ores is in conformity with Langmuir absorption isotherm.The expression means qe =0.066ce/1+0.667ce.Saturated adsorption capacity of analcite modified ores is 0.126mg/g.The absorption rate of analcite modified ores is in conformity with Banerm formula. The expression means dq/dt=2.023×10^-2(qe-q)t^0.051.
