采用DA201-C型大孔树脂对黄酒中肽类物质进行吸附,并考察了时间、温度、pH条件对吸附率的影响,得到最适的吸附条件为:吸附时间为70 min,吸附液pH值为3,温度为32℃.吸附后用不同体积分数的乙醇对树脂进行洗脱,可将被吸附的肽类物质分成极性不同的4组分,并考察了各组分洗脱液清除自由基的能力,结果显示,在洗脱组分中,体积分数50%的乙醇具有较高的解析率及清除自由基的能力.
DA201-C macroporous resins were applied to adsorb peptides in millet wine; and the effects of time, pH and temperature on the desorption rate were studied to obtain the optimum adsorption conditions. The results showed that the optimum conditions were as follows: adsorption time 70 min, pH 3.0 and temperature 32 ℃. The macroporous resin was eluted by different volume fractions of ethanol to fractionate the adsorbed peptides into four parts with different polarities ; and the free radical scavenging capability of each eluted part was studied. The results showed that the eluted part obtained using 50% ethanol had high desorption rate and high free radical scavenging capability.
