Illegal distribution of the widely scattered hazardous chemicals is a main risk of the city public safety.This paper analyzes the existing operation process and the features of the widely scattered hazardous chemicals＇ distribution.The integrated engineering framework on the widely scattered hazardous chemicals＇ distribution is put forward,taking Shanghai city as an example.The operation mechanism of the integrated engineering is also brought forward at the same time.The new designed integrated engineering will not only meet the citizen＇s safe,convenient,timely and cost-effective distribution needs on the widely scattered hazardous chemicals,but also reduce the risk of city public safety.
