以往研究大多从外部制度环境入手研究企业家的政治参与动机,而很少从价值观、意识形态等非正式制度的角度进行分析,然而内生性的价值观的驱动作用不容忽视。以587位中国企业家为研究对象,考察企业家的文化价值观对政治参与动机的影响及企业文化在其中的中介效应,结果显示:影响企业家文化价值观的五个维度中,长期导向对政治参与动机的四个维度均有显著正向影响,集体主义对"提高个人地位""促进企业发展""履行社会责任"有显著正向影响,不确定性规避仅对"履行社会责任"、"规避制度风险"有显著正向影响,面子关系仅对"提高个人地位"有显著正向影响,权力距离对政治参与动机的四个维度均无显著影响,因而企业家的政治参与动机应更具有战略思维,更重视远景规划、长期收益、集体收益和团队精神,应通过"去权力化"回归政治参与的正道。企业文化的四个构成维度在企业家文化价值观对企业家政治参与动机的影响过程中具有完全中介或是部分中介效应,因而应培育良好、正当的企业文化,实现企业家个人文化价值观与企业文化的对接。
Taking 587 Chinese entrepreneurs for example, this paper investigates the influence of entrepreneurs’ cultural values on political participation motivation,and the mediation effect of corporate culture in it. The empirical results show that the most extensive impact on entrepreneurs’ political participation motive is long-term orientation,and then collectivism,but power distance has no significant effect. From the conduction process of entrepreneurs’ cultural values to political participation motivation,we need corporate culture to play a partial or complete mediation role. In terms of political participation,entrepreneurs should more focus on vision,long-term returns,collective benefits and team spirits of political participation,advocating "no authoritarianism". Furthermore,they should cultivate good and just corporate culture,and realize the matching of corporate cultural values and individual values.
