在工程教育国际化背景下,地方高校工程类专业应充分发挥自身特色和优势,建立合理有效的人才培养体系。浙江工业大学环境工程专业经过多年探索与实践,提出了基于OBE理念的"3-3-3"人才培养体系。从以学生为中心的知识、能力、素养建构角度,发挥学科优势,根据行业岗位和学生意愿,按三形态构建课程体系,按三通道设置成长路径,按三循环提升教学质量,为地方高校环境工程专业以及其他工程类专业改革提供了借鉴。
With the internationalization of engineering education,it is of greatimportance for the engineering majors in regional universities to play their full advantages,and establish an effective cultivation system. After several years of exploration and practice,a new cultivation model for "3-3-3"integration under the notion of outcome-based education has been proposed for the major of environmental engineering in Zhejiang University of Technology. The student-centered construction of knowledge,ability and quality,the establishment of curriculum according to the need of industry and the will of the students,the full play of the discipline in student cultivation,the cultivation path,according to three channels,and the improvement of the teaching quality according to three circulations,all provide a useful experience for the reform of environmental engineering and other engineering majors in regional universities.
