The paper devotes on investigating the relationship between international entrepreneurial orientation and international performance.It proposes that the relationship between international entrepreneurial orientation and international performance is inverted U shape.Meanwhile,this relationship is moderated by environment stability and environmental hostility.Based upon a sample of 219 Chinese international firms,findings support that although international entrepreneurial orientation are beneficial,they can weaken a firm＇s international performance in foreign markets,after a certain point.Environment stability strengthens the inverted U shape and environment hostility weakens the inverted U shape.
