英文摘要：

This study is based on Vroom’s expectancy theory.The theory is applied to study the students’ drop-out behaviors combining with the actual problem of youth dropout in Xinjiang ethnic community.It aims to investigate the relationship between dropout problems and students’ study and employment and parents’ expectancy in the macro level,further inquiring into the profound reasons of students’ dropout behavior.At last,specific countermeasures are put forward based on the discussion of the problem.
