为分析辍学行为态度及其影响因素,本研究分别选取新疆喀什地区和新疆生产建设兵团第三师共36所学校的448名教师发放问卷,并进行教师和学生访谈。研究发现,学生家庭的经济条件、婚姻状况、学生的学习基础、汉语水平、学校的办学条件、政府的教育投入、就业保障和监管机制等都对当地的辍学问题产生着影响。各种影响因素对学生辍学行为的影响程度从高到低依次为:家庭因素、学生因素、政府及社会因素、学校因素。
In order to analyze the attitude toward dropout and factors to influence it, a survey was made in 36 schools in Kashi Prefecture and the Third Division of Xinjiang Corps by delivering 448 questionnaires to teachers, and making interviews of teachers and students. The results show that factors to influence students' dropout include economic condition and marriage status of students' families, students' learning basis, their level of Chinese, schools' conditions, the government' s educational investment, employment security and supervising mechanism. The influencing degrees of the factors from high to low are families, students, the government, society and schools. Based on the analysis, this paper puts forward some suggestion for the government, schools, families and students in order to control dropout.
