为对普通零部件和广义部件的自定义属性进行分级管理,定义了一个特有属性模型。针对配置知识表示难的问题,采用约束表达式和判定表对广义部件的属性约束和关联进行描述。在此基础上,构建了面向配置的广义产品知识模型。为有效压缩配置约束的求解空间,加速在线配置,提出一种采用约束推理机制对产品配置过程进行求解的策略,定义了依据配置约束集构造推理有向图的规则及推理有向图的执行算法。实现了该配置模型及其与产品数据管理系统的集成,并给出了从广义物料清单自动生成物料清单的算法。实际应用效果证明了配置模型和求解策略的有效性。
To support the classification of self-definition attributes of ordinary components and generic components, a special attribute management model was defined. To represent configuration knowledge effectively, constraint expressions and Boolean tables were used to describe attribute constraints and relationships among generic components. Based on these, a configuration-oriented generic product knowledge model was constructed. During solve the problem of product configuration, constraint-based reasoning strategy was used to compress the search space of configuration constraints and speed up on-line configuration. Also the rules to create directed reasoning graph to describe configuration constraints and the algorithm to execute the reasoning graph were defined. Integration of this configuration with Product Data Management (PDM) system was implemented, and the algorithm of the auto-generation from Generic Bill of Material (GBOM) to BOM was provided as well. Finally, the validity and effectiveness of models and algorithms were verified through a practical application.
