HUANG Liang-pei is a Ph.D. , professor and candidate in the School of Electromechanical Engineering, Hunan University of Science & Technology and Hunan Provincial Key Laboratory of Health Maintenance for Mechanical Equipment, China. He is currently a visiting researcher at the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH) , Sweden. D. , associate professor and candidate in the Department of Electronic Systems, Royal Institute of Technology (KTH) , Sweden.
