Against the background of the integration of telecommunications, internet and television, and the informationized service system for the elderly as a starting point, this paper examines the current situation of urban elderly services and models of network involvement in Beijing, proposes network involvement models through three dimension： tools, forms, operational forms of network service platforms, and makes policy recommendations.
