针对质量管理工程专业“仪器分析实验”课程教学改革的现状,以“拉曼光谱结合matlab软件检测奶粉质量”为例,介绍了matlab软件用于实验数据处理的方法,探讨了matlab软件引入实验教学的优势。实践证明,采用拉曼光谱结合matlab软件检测奶粉质量的实验,具有内容综合性和新颖性、方法创新性等特点,且改革了考核模式。matlab的运用减轻了工作,方便了教与学,为教师充分运用现代技术手段探索质量管理类专业“仪器分析实验”教学改革提供了新思路。
In view of the present situation of teaching reform of Instrumental Analysis Experiment course of quality management professional, taking the Raman spectroscopy combined with matlab software to detect the quality of milk powder as an example, the method for experimental data processing by using the matlab software was introduced, and the advantages were explored when matlab was introduced in experimental teaching. Practice proved that the experiment, which detected the quality of milk powder using the Raman spectroscopy combined with matlab software, had the following characteristics: comprehensive novel content and innovative method. In addition, the design of the experiment reformed the assessment model which can effectively prevent students to modify the data and plagiarism the report, thus, teachers can objectively judge the students' experimental skills and experimental attitude. The use of matlab reduced the workload and facilitated the teaching of teachers and learning of students, providing a new way for teachers to make full use of modem technology to explore teaching reform of Instrumental Analysis Experiment course of quality management professional.
