家族所有权和控制权是影响家族企业绩效的重要变量，但是否会影响家族企业R＆D投入，现有的研究并没有定论。基于家族所有权和控制权视角，通过对全国私营企业抽样调查数据库中372份数据进行的处理结果显示，家族所有权及控制权和家族企业R＆D投入之间呈现倒u型关系。这表明家族所有权和控制权对R＆D投入存在正面和负面两种作用。而其负面作用可以通过增加董事会独立性来予以消除，这既符合非家族利益相关者的利益，也符合家族及企业的长远利益。

英文摘要：

Input of R＆D is of strategic importance for the enterprise development, but there is little focus on the research of R＆D input of family business. Family ownership and control are important variables which have influ- ence on family business performance, but there isn＇t a final conclusion for the research at present whether it has influence on the R＆D input of family business. Based on the perspective of family＇s ownership and control, this article handled 372 pieces of data in the national private enterprise sampling survey database and it showed that there is an inverse-U relationship between the ownership and control and R＆D input. The result indicates that family＇s ownership and control have both positive and negative effects on R＆D input. Its negative effect can be eliminated by increasing the independence of the board of directors. It gives consideration to both interests of fam- ily and the stakeholders.
