近期研究表明,有大量基因序列通过ncRNA形式对生命活动进行调控,ncRNA不但参与细胞的增殖、分化和衰老,在癌症、神经退行性疾病和心血管等疾病中亦发挥重要作用。近年来有关miRNA和lncRNA在心血管疾病的病理及治疗方面的作用成为热点,而lncRNA和miRNA之间互相存在一定调控作用,但具体作用机制仍未明确,本文综述了有关lncRNA和miRNA之间相互关系的研究进展、研究方法及其在心血管疾病的作用。
Current researches have shown that multiple gene sequences regulate life actions via non-coding RNA(ncRNA).ncRNA participates in cell proliferation,differentiation and senility,and plays an important role in cancer,neurodegenerative diseases,cardiovascular diseases.The pathological and therapeutic effects of lncRNA and miRNA on cardiovascular diseases have become the hotspot,yet the explicit mechanisms of lncRNA and miRNA are not clear.This article reviews the latest researches about the interactions between lncRNA and miRNA,the common experimental methods and the effects on cardiovascular diseases.
