Under the condition of unceasing depreciation of U.S. dollar, how to adopt scientific management methods to preserve and increase the value of Chinese foreign exchange reserves has become the focus of domestic and interntional economists＇ attention and the urgent task of the Chinese government. In current management way, many kinds of risks are facing Chinese foreign exchange reserves on the condition of U.S. dollar crisis. It reveals that the management of Chinese current foreign exchange reserves has lagged behind and requires reform from several aspects, such as, management targets, management model, management system, risk control, supporting system, reserves scale, structural optimization and so on.
