The urbanization with Chinese characteristics pioneered by CCP is a road of development based on the reality of China, and it focuses on coordinated development of economy, society and ecology. It is a path which aims at integrating the development of industrialization, IT application, urbanization and agricultural modernization, improving the spatial layout, protecting the ecological environment, carrying forward Chinese culture and seeking for common prosperity. To propel the urbanization process, efforts should be made in system innovation and overall coordination, and a “four in one” promotion mechanism must be established to coordinate benefits, development, coexistence and governance.
