随着教育信息化导致的数据共享与交换问题的日益突出，教育信息管理方面急需一整套完善的标准。SIF是美国已开始投入使用的教育信息管理标准。对SIF的研究，对我国教育管理信息系统的标准化研究将具有重要意义。该文针对SIF里面的多区域通信问题，在研究了已有的两种SIF多区域通信模型的基础上，提出了一种更加有效的多区域通信模型。并且对新的多区域通信模型，给出了基于Web服务的实现方法。
英文摘要：
With the development of the educational informatization in our country,the problem in data sharing and exchanging become more and more visible,as a resuh,a series of criterions in educational Information management is needed urgently.SIF is the specification in educational information management which has been put into practice in USA.The research on SIF must be meaningful to our research on criterions in educational Information management.The multi-zones communication problem is introduced in this article.Besides we design three models for the solution of problem and evaluate everyone.
