Wavelength assignment of Hopfield network was discussed due to the parallel nature of the information processing in ANNs. The structure of double-loop network was designed. By embedding the communication pattern of the complete graph Cn into the WDM double-loop network, the number of wavelengths needed to realize parallel Hopfield algorithm is given.
