英文摘要：

Based on the provincial panel data from the west areas over the 2000 - 2011 period, we conduct empirical study on the relationship among financial development, inter - regional industry transfer and technology advance in the inflow area from three aspects, financial deepening, financial efficiency and financial structure. The study finds that： （ 1 ） the level of financial deepening and financial market structure in the west areas can promote positive technology spillover in inter- regional industry transfer, low financial efficiency could not better lead to active technology spillover; （2） by financial support at different development level, inter- regional industry transfer has obvious regional difference on technology spillover in various provinces in the west areas; （3） and inter- regional industry transfer has ＂threshold effect＂ on financial deepening, financial efficiency and financial structure of the technology advance in the inflow region.
