文章基于甘肃省2006-2011年16个工业行业面板数据，利用普通面板回归和空间面板回归方法对甘肃省承接区际产业转移的行业内技术溢出效应进行研究。研究结果表明：传统面板回归下国内区际产业转移对甘肃省工业行业产生了较为明显的正向技术溢出。竞争效应和自主研发极大地促进了这种溢出，而空间面板所得的回归结果却并不显著。进一步利用多维尺度分析（MDS）证实了甘肃省工业集群布局的不合理性从一定程度上阻碍了区际产业转移在空间范式下的行业内技术溢出效应。

英文摘要：

By using the ordinary panel regression and the spatial panel regression, based on 16 industrial panel data of Gansu Province from 2006 to 2011, this paper empirically tests the intra -industry technology spillover effect Of undertaking industrial transfer in Gansu Province. The results show that domestic intersectional industrial transfer with traditional panel regression has notable positive technology spillover, and competition effect and indigenous R＆D improve the technology spillover greatly. But the spatial panel regression results are not significant at all. The further analysis of multidimensional scales （MDS） confirms that the unreasonable distribution of industrial cluster becomes one of the important reasons to impede the intra -industry technology spillover effect.
