在研究轮胎异常磨损机理的过程中,关键之一是轮胎和地面接地面积的接触状态。而这一接地面积的接触状态很难通过一般试验手段进行测量。借助有限元分析(FEA)法可以在计算机上再现稳态滚动轮胎的接地面积的状态。本文介绍了一种较为通用的轮胎有限元建模方法并提供了Abaqus环境下轮胎稳态滚动的模拟技术路线。基于这一模型的仿真过程,稳态滚动轮胎的接地印记和接地状态可以可视化地再现出来并计算出接地状态参数的数值解。
To uncover the mechanism behind the abnormal wear of the tire, the key is the contact status between the tire and road. However, the contact area is difficult to obtain through the common experimental measuring. As a research method, the finite element analysis (FEA) helps to re-present the status in the contact area during the steady rolling of a tire. The present paper introduces a general method to build a tire model and simulate its steady rolling under Abaqus, acknowledged EFA software and the real status of the contact area can be obtained both visually and numerically.
