不相容聚合物共混物中纤维相的生成通常可以使共混物的力学性能得到显著的改善。本文简要论述了不相容聚合物共混物中纤维相形态的形成机理及稳定性,重点讨论了共混体系的粘度比、毛细数、流场性质、凝聚、弹性、结晶和受限条件等材料性质和加工参数的影响。
The microfibers generated in immiscible polymer blends can usually improve the mechanical properties of blends significantly. This paper reviews the formation mechanism and stability of microfibrillar morphology in immiscible polymer blends. The influence of material properties and processing parameters, such as viscosity ratio, capillary number, flow properties, coalescence, elasticity, crystallization,confined condition,on the microfibrillar morphology are discussed.
