用NBT光化还原法、Fenton反应法和钼酸铵显色分光光度法探讨了大野荞(Fagopyrum megaspartanium)不同器官(根、茎、叶、花和种子)水提液清除羟基自由基(·OH)、超氧阴离子自由基(·O2-)和过氧化氢(H2O2)的能力.结果表明:大野荞不同器官水提液均能清除·OH、·O2-和H2O2.清除·OH和·O2-的能力排序为:根、花>叶、种子>茎;清除H2O2的能力排序为:叶、花>根、种子、茎.
The capacity of scavenging · OH,· O2-and H2O2 of aqueous extractions from five organs (root,aerial stem,leaf,flower and seed) of Fagopyrum megaspartanium was studied by means of nitro blue terra-zolium photochemica reduction,Fenton reaction and spectrophotometric assay.The results showed that the aqueous extractions had the capacity of scavenging · OH,· O2-and H2O2.The capacity of scavenging · OH and· O2-were sorted as:root,flower>leaf,seed>aerial stem.The capacity of scavenging H2O2 was sorted as:leaf,flower>root,seed and aerial stem.
