The paper reviews the research findings and analyzes the dependent relationship of manufacturer to supplier in the process of radical product innovation, and then builds a conceptual model about the relationship between the supplier involvement and the radical product innovation. The relationships among the antecedent variables, supplier involvement, inter - organizational learning and the radical product innovation are analyzed, and the impact of supplier involvement on radical product innovation is explored.
