采用化学混凝污泥制备具有高效脱氮除磷功能的新型人工湿地基质,并对该基质的比表面积、强度、溶出特性和吸附性能等进行了系统评价。结果表明,新型人工湿地基质比表面积大,且以1.9-61.0nm的中微孔为主。控制粘土与高岭土的质量比为0.7、烧结温度为700℃时,可保证基质的机械强度和化学稳定性。静态吸附实验和人工湿地长期运行实验结果均表明,新型陶粒基质对污水中的有机物和营养盐类污染物有着良好的去除能力,尤其是磷元素,其去除率可稳定在95%以上。
In this study, a new-type of constructed wetland substrate with high nitrogen and phosphorus removal performance was prepared from chemical coagulation sludge. Overall evaluations on its specific surface area, mechanical strength, pollutants releasing and adsorption properties were carried out in a lab scale. It was found that the new-type substrate has a large specific surface area due to the formation of meso- and micro pores whose diameters ranged from 1.9 -61.0 nm in it. Control the mass ratio of dry sludge to kaolin and sintering temperature at 0.7 and 700 ℃ respectively, the mechanical strength and chemical stability of the substrate met the requirement of engineer usage. Meanwhile, both static adsorption test and long-term constructed wetland running results showed that the new-type of substrate had excellent performance on organic matter and nutrients removal, especially on phosphorus whose removal ratio was above 95%.
