以壳聚糖为解淀粉芽孢杆菌的载体,制备出一种生物活性膜以进行苹果采后疾病防治。采用此膜涂抹红富士苹果,以贮藏期间苹果果实的失重率、腐烂率、硬度、丙二醛含量、可溶性固形物、可滴定酸、Vc含量和各种氧化酶活性变化情况等作为衡量活性膜保鲜效果的评价指标。结果显示:生物活性膜可有效降低苹果的失重率和腐烂率,并可较好地保持硬度,延缓Vc、可溶性固形物和可滴定酸含量的下降以及丙二醛的上升,与不涂活性膜的对照组相比,实验组表现出了较好的保鲜和防腐效果。
Taking chitosan as carrier of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens,a biological edible membrane was made to control postharvest disease of Fuji apple.After coating with this membrane,preservation of Fuji apple in postharvest storage were measured by testing weightless rate,decay rate,hardness,malondialdehyde(MDA)content,soluble solids content(SSC),tltratable acid(TA),Vc content and all kinds of changes of oxidase activity(POD,SOD,CAT).As was shown in the result,compared with control group,biological edible membrane could not only effectively reduce the weightless rate and decay rate of apple but also control the increasement of MDA and decreasing of TA,Vc and SSC,which indicated better fresh-keeping effect.
