目的：分析郑东新区大学生性传播疾病的知识、态度和行为现状,为开展切实可行的性与生殖健康教育提供对策建议。方法：对郑东新区463名在校大学生进行匿名问卷调查。结果：大学生的性传播疾病知识匮乏;对婚前性行为的态度相对开放,男生对性的接受程度显著高于女生;获取性相关知识的主要途径是网络和书刊。结论：对大学生开展符合时代需求的性知识教育迫切而必要,应从教师选择、教育过程、教学内容、学情和社会氛围等方面着手,改进性知识教育现状,提高学生生殖健康水平。

英文摘要：

Objectives： To study the knowledge,attitude and behavior on sexually transmitted diseases（ STDs）of college students and its influencing factors in Zheng Dong New District,so as to provide practical suggestions for the development of sex education. Methods： 463 college students were randomly selected. Anonymous questionnaires about STDs were carried out among them. Results： College students＇ STDs knowledge was scarce. However,they kept an open mind on premarital sex. The degree of acceptance of boys was significantly higher than that of girls. They obtained sex knowledge mainly through Internet and books. Conclusion： It is urgent and necessary to provide STDs behavioral intervention in college. Colleges should improve sexual and reproductive health education and improve their self- protection awareness and ability through teacher selection,teaching content and social atmosphere and etc.
