区域性现代高程基准建设不仅要与国家现代高程基准的衔接,且应统筹考虑空间坐标基准框架的构建、兼顾与大地控制网之间的结合及国家高程基准的更新。由此形成的区域高程基准框架,才能够满足现代测绘基准体系对高程基准框架的要求。本文通过对广东省二等水准复测所面临的若干理论和实践问题进行了充分和细致的研究,提出了一些不同于以往的设想和改进举措,以期能为本区域提供可靠的地理空间基础框架,从而实现在本省任何地点、任何时间都能高精度地测定坐标和高程。

Regional height datum framework thus formed,to be able to meet the benchmark of modern surveying and mapping system for benchmarking framework elevation requirements. In this paper, a number of theoretical and practical issues on the second level facing Guangdong retest conducted a full and detailed study made a number of assumptions and different from the previous improvement initiatives in the region in order to be able to provide a reliable basis for geospatial framework to achieve in the province any place,any time can be measured with high precision coordinates and elevation.
