根据钨铜复合材料近期的研究进展,分析了钨铜复合材料作为轨道抗电弧烧蚀材料在电磁发射领域的应用前景。针对钨铜复合材料目前存在的主要问题,提出了掺杂强化、细化晶粒及致密化工艺是提升钨铜复合材料耐电弧烧蚀性能的主要方法。
According to the recent research progress in tungsten-copper composites, the application prospect of the composites as arc erosion resistance materials to increase rail service life in electromag- netic launch is discussed. For the main problems of tungsten-copper composites, it is pointed out that doping enhancement, grains refinement and densification process are the three main methods to im- prove arc erosion resistance performance of composites.
