脉冲功率电源系统与耗能装置之间通过同轴电缆连接,同轴电缆在连续快速脉冲大电流工况下会温升过高。针对该问题,建立了同轴电缆有限元磁一热耦合模型,分析了管槽对流传热系数计算方法及其影响因素,同时分析了同轴电缆在自然冷却和强制冷却条件的温升特性。在此基础上,针对同轴电缆内部导体温升过高问题,设计了多种新型水冷式同轴电缆,分析了不同冷却方案同轴电缆冷却效果,结果表明:内外导体冷却式同轴电缆冷却效果较明显,可以满足设计要求。

Due to the excessively high tempe- rature of internal conductors of cable, some new water-cooled cables are designed and cooling perfor- mance of them is studied. The results show that the cooling perfor-mance of both inner and outer con- ductor water-cooled cables is obvious and can meet with the design requirement.
