In the background of government subsidies for exchanging old with remanufactured ones, this paper establishes a game model between a manufacturer and a remanufacturer, in order to analyze the effect of patent fees on the remanufactured products' sales market. It comparatively analyzes the influence of patent fees on government subsidies, margin return rates of waste products, retail prices, sales profits, consumer surplus, social surplus, and environments under two conditions (one is that a manufacturer does not charge for the patent fee and the other is that a manufacturer charges for the patent fee). The results show that: the patent fee is proportional to the remanufacturing cost savings and government subsidies; sales profits of new products are inversely proportional to government subsidies without the patent fee and proportional to government subsidies with the patent fee; consumer surplus and social surplus are the largest without the patent fee when the demand for remanufactured products is not subject to the restrictions of waste product recovery; the environmental impact under the two conditions is related to the environmental impact for the two products.
