以304不锈钢为例进行倾角切割和多次切割工艺试验,研究切割参数对切割深度和表面粗糙度的影响规律。试验结果表明,同常规的单次切割相比,通过合理选择倾角切割的射流角度和多次切割的切割次数能够有效增大切割深度和减小表面粗糙度值。
This paper investigates,regularly,the influence of two parameters( i. e.,jet impingement angle and multiple- cut times) on the depth of cut and surface roughness,experiment carried out to cut stainless steel 304. The result indicates deeper cuts and finer surface roughness through reasonable settings of jet impingement angle and multiple- cut times,compared to a single- cut.
