为检验碳纤维增强复合材料(CFRP)拉索斜拉桥在运营阶段的实际工作性能,在已有研究成果基础上,对中国首座CFRP拉索斜拉桥进行了静载试验分析。介绍了静载试验的主要内容和方法,并将有限元模型的理论计算结果与该桥应变、位移的实测结果进行了对比分析。分析结果表明:结构的静力行为与理论计算结果基本吻合,桥梁刚度和承栽能力满足设计要求,整体工作性能良好。研究结果可为CFRP拉索应用于大跨斜拉桥建造的研究和实践提供参考。
In order to inspect actual working performance of cable-stayed bridge with carbon fiber reinforced plastics (CFRP) cables during the service stage, based on some recent research results, static load test analysis of the first cable-stayed bridge with CFRP cables in China was carried out. The major contents and methods of static load test for cable-stayed bridge with CFRP cables were introduced. The theoretical calculation results of finite element model, the measured results of strain and displacement test of the bridge were compared. The analysis results indicate that the experimental results of static behavior of the bridge approximately agree with the theoretical calculation results. The structural rigidity and bearing capacity also can satisfy the design requirements, and working performance of the bridge is excellent. The results may provide reference for the research and practice about CFRP cables used in construction of longspan cable-stayed bridges.
