Objective： To observe the clinical effects of milk-ejection techniques combined with external application of Furong Plaster on acute mastitis at preliminary stage. Methods： Totally 443 patients treated in the Breast Department between March,2015 and February,2016 were chosen and given milk-ejection techniques combined with external application of Furong Plaster,3d as a treatment course. Results： The effective rate was 99. 53%（ 428 /430）; the effective rate of improvement in the breast lump was 99. 07%（ 426 /430）; the effective rate of improvement in the breast-hole blocking was 100%（ 380 /380）; totally 395 cases were healed and the effective rate was 98. 84%（ 423 /430）. Conclusion： Milk-ejection techniques combined with external application of Furong Plaster has remarkable effects on acute mastitis at preliminary stage without adverse reactions.
