The mechanical product simulation course is usually accompanied with a large number of data and the data should be managed through out some simulation reports. A solution for simulation report automatic generationis presented, the solution is to build a simulation report automatic generation system by taking a general development based on the software "Business Intelligence and Reporting Tools" and deploying it to an application server. An introduction of the reporting tool is first given , and then focused on the design course of the system, including the design of the simulation report, the design of the system framework and the method of general development based on the reporting tool. At last, the feasibility of the system is proven out by giving an example of applying the system to static analysis report.
