机械产品仿真数据的管理是机械仿真工作的重要环节。当前主流的产品数据管理系统(PDM)对机械仿真产生的海量、非结构化的数据缺乏行之有效的管理。根据机械产品仿真数据的特点,从仿真数据结构类型、仿真数据存在的形式、仿真学科和仿真分析过程四个方面对机械产品仿真数据进行分类,利用关系型数据库和Java内容仓库在数据存储、管理方面的优势,建立起它们之间的信息共享机制,共同管理机械产品的仿真数据。最后通过某动部件系统的仿真分析结果来验证关系型数据库和Java内容仓库在管理机械产品仿真数据时的实用性和有效性。
Simulation data management for mechanical products is an important part of mechanical simulation.For massive and unstructured data generated by simulation of mechanical products,the mainstream of product data management system(PDM)lack of an effective management.According to the characteristics of simulation data for mechanical products,From four aspects,classifies the simulation data for mechanical products:simulation data structure types,form of simulation data available,simulation subjects as well as analysis process of simulation.By utilizing the advantages of relational database and Java content repository in the data storage and management,an information sharing system is established to co-manage the simulation data for mechanical products.Finally,the practicality and validity of relational database and java content repository is proven by a part of dynamic system's simulation result in the management of simulation data.
