目的：探讨外胚层发育不全症（anhydrite ectodermic dysplasia，EDA）的免疫学特征．方法：采用免疫透射比浊方法以及流式细胞技术进行免疫功能检测．结果：患者的免疫球蛋白、补体、类风湿等指标以及T细胞亚群与其正常同胞、对照组之间差异不明显．患者ASO明显低于正常同胞和对照组差异显著（P〈0．05），CRP指标患者以及正常的同胞均高于对照组，差异显著（P〈0．05），结论：外胚层发育不全症患者的免疫功能与正常个体间差异不明显，但相关指标有明显差异，其机理有待进一步研究．

英文摘要：

Objective： To evaluate immune status of patients with anhydrite ectodermic dysplasia, EDA. Methods： levels of Ig, C, ASO. CRP in sernm and T - lymphotype subsets were determined by Immunoturbidimetric assay and Faes. Results： ASO in serum were significantly lower in EDA patients than those in the controls and normal family numbers, while CRP in serum were much higher in EDA patients and there is no significantly different of the CD3 cell, CD4 cell CD8 cell CD4/CD8 ratio as well as Ig, C, RA in Serum. Results： There is no an obvious difference of immune status between patients with EDA and Controls, the change of ASO, CRP need to be investigated further.
