为解决当前鸡舍内光色调控智能化和精准化较低的问题,设计了应用于鸡舍的光色可调控系统,提出了一种以常见芯片STC89C52单片机为微处理器,以节能高效的LED灯珠作为光色调控系统的发光源,以牛顿三原色光为基本原理的多色调光系统;系统可定时定量对不同生长期下肉鸡进行精确补光,系统设置时以秒为最小量度,自由设置光照时间阀值,并以PWN调光方式控制LED的电流来调控红、蓝、绿光的亮度,经试验验证,系统能精确发出红、蓝、绿等色光,进而调控产生黄、青、白等色光;利用SAS软件,对试验肉鸡增重数据进行处理,育雏期和生长期的鸡只,在波长为450~490NM的蓝光照射下增重明显,数据显著(P〈0.05);该系统可满足鸡舍中肉鸡补光的精确需求,高效环保,可稳定实现节能化补光,解决了鸡舍内光照精准化较低的问题,对鸡舍数字化、智能化提供了新思路。
In order to solve the low intelligent and less precise dimming control in henhouse, we designed the dimming control system ap plied to henhouse. This paper proposes a multicolor dimming control system which uses common STC89C52 as microprocessor, high--cffi ciency LED lamp bead as the light source, Newton's theory of Primary Colors as basic principle. The system can provide timely and quantita- tive supplemental lighting for broilers according to different growth phrases. The system, taking second as Minimum time measure, freely sets lighting threshold, and control LED current by means of PWN dimmer so as to control the brightness of red, blue, green light. Accord- ing to the experiment, it has been proved that the system can accurately glow colored lights, such as red, blue, and green, and adjust the col ored lights to yellow, blue and white. With assistance of SAS software, the system can process data of tested broilers increasing weight, which shows that broilers in the phrases of brood and growth have an apparent weight gain under the 450 490 nm wavelength blue light. The data is significant (P 〈 0.05). The system can meet the requirement of precise supplemental lighting in henhouse, achieve high effi- ciency and environment--friendly supplemental lighting and solve the problem of less precise lighting in henhouse.
